I just got back from picking up the motorcycle from the driver in Leesburg, VA.  Thanks for everything.  BTW, I ended up paying him in cash and he gave me a cash receipt for it.  The bike was in good shape.  The bike dolly your company uses for shipping motorcycles is a good design. The bike is protected well inside the truck also.  The driver was friendly and helpful.  He helped me load the bike into my 5x10 flat trailer.  We met as soon as he drove up and we were done transferring the bike in about 10 minutes time.  It was great doing business with you and your company.

To all the folks at Keyboard Motorcycle Shipping: My fiancé and I are very grateful for the service you provided hauling our brand new Harley from Gardena, CA to Springfield, MO.  Although we talked a great deal about making this purchase, the actual purchase was very impulsive and we ordered this motorcycle completely unseen - except for photos sent via e-mail. As you can imagine, we were very anxious to have everything go smooth. Tim Masters is the driver who made the final delivery in Springfield. He was personable and very  professional. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He took the extra time to make certain the motorcycle had enough fuel to ride and that the motorcycle started again as we were ready to depart. Tim explained that the battery can rundown at times and wanted to be certain it was running and ready to ride home before he left for his next delivery.
